Conditions
We are here to
help you help yourself, therefore we expect that you will come
to a course prepared, and to participate in a mature and
appropriate manner. If you fail to do so, you may be asked to
leave without being refunded.

Booking
Conditions
Once we have
received your payment your place on a course will be booked
provisionally and you will be notified. Once we can confirm
your position, we will notify you again.
Medical-Course
reserves the right to cancel a course at any time if deemed
necessary (i.e. the minimum number of candidates attending a
course has not been met). If this unlikely situation occurs
then all candidates will be notified immediately and will
receive a full refund.
Online Booking
All payments are processed securely using PayPal (www.PayPal.co.uk),
a well established internet payment system. It is very
important that all of your details are correct, therefore
please check them before submitting.
Postal Booking
Your place on a course cannot be guaranteed until your
form has been received and processed. It is very important
that all of your details are correct, therefore please check
them before sending the form.
All of your
personal details are held securely and will not under any
circumstances be passed onto any other organization.

Cancellation Conditions
How to cancel
To cancel your place on a course you must contact us via
telephone (0845 6439597) and we will provide you with all the
details required. You do not have to justify your reason for
cancellation.
Rebooking
cancellation fees
You may be unable to attend the course you originally booked,
and you may wish to book a place for another date. Therefore
the general cancellation fees do not apply and you will only
be charged an administration fee of £30 if cancelled
and re-booked atleast 28 days before the course date.
General cancellation fees
At least 4
weeks before the course date: You will be charged an
administration fee of £30.
Between 14 days
and 4 weeks: You will be charged an administration fee of
half the course fee.
Less than 14
days:
No refund.
If you do not
attend the course on the day you will not be refunded, even if
you would like to re-book for another date.
The date
and time of your booking will be confirmed to you in writing
by email or post.
